Job Summary:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Business such as a General Business of the Louisiana Transfer Associate of Arts Degree from a local Community College or university.
• One to three years of experience in administrative, program, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, or CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively in a community-focused setting.
• Interest in small business development, entrepreneurship, and local economic growth.

About Xavier University of Louisiana

Xavier University of Louisiana, founded by St. Katharine Drexel and the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament in 1925, is Catholic and historically Black.
